Welcome Friend

Hi, I’m Daniel Aaron Cohen, a.k.a. “The Humility Czar” (LOL). I just published an audiobook called It’s Not All About You! The Secret Joy of Practical Humility. I am an ordained Baptist minister and psychotherapist who speaks on all things humility, such as “Humility in the Workplace” and “Humility and Mental Health.” I even have a Facebook Group called “Happiness Through Humility.” Welcome to my website. I hope you enjoy the experience and that God will bless you in a mighty way!

Our Facebook Group Happiness Through Humility is not just a place where we can share tips on how to become happier through humility, but somewhere you can share just about anything that’s positive and inspirational. It’s Not All About You!
The Secret Joy of Practical Humility

It’s Not All About You! The Secret Joy of Practical Humility offers readers simple, easy paths to a happier life, addressing the lack of humility in our society and how it affects our mental health. With a robust sense of humor, the book details scores of paths to humility — or “mental happiness tools” – to help readers and the mental health professionals who work with them cope with life’s problems in a healthier way. It alleviates the anxiety, depression and anger we all face, maximizing happiness as part of the Positive Psychology movement.

Mr. Cohen’s seminar was exciting, humorous, informative and culture-changing. He delivered his message with all of the flare you’d expect from an ordained minister, and kept us laughing at himself (and ourselves) throughout the presentation, including a wonderful “humility quiz” where we tested our HQ (humility quotient).
